I ordered on the website for Panda garden as it was a bit cheaper. However, the money was taken out of my account and then we had an email that stated that my order has been rejected and it would take up to five to seven business days to get the money back. I called Panda garden and they stated that there's nothing they can do about it so I would just have to wait. I cannot believe they use this system which obviously has some very serious flaws. I have decided that I will not order from them again due to this. I have had food from them before and there's nothing wrong with the food. I like the food. We've always been happy with the deliveries of food from there. Totally disgusted that they can just take your money on these sites and tell you they can't do nothing about it. It shouldn't be allowed to be a system that can be used. Please do not use the online service if you want to be disappointed like we were.
Ordered from here for the 1st time last night. Food was delicious. Chicken curry was lukewarm but I put that down to travelling across the other side of town. Sweet n sour chicken balls were massive & really yummy. Will definitely order from here again & will recommend to family & friends.
The food was great. We had the egg fried rice and te sweet and sour pork. Portions were abundant and they gifted also some prawn crackers. Will definitely order again!
Our favourite Chinese takeaway. We always order Chicken & mushroom and Kung Po Chicken. We also order hot & sour soup. Their spring rolls are awesome too. I like the consistency. It’s always good food! Thank you very much for cooking so tasty food.
The best Chinese in Coventry. Food is always hot and fresh, huge portions and very tasty. Tonight they sent the wrong dish by mistake, we didn’t complain or tell them, they rang us and told us they’re sending the correct dish to us and it arrived in less than 5 minutes. Very friendly, great customer service!

My friend wanted to use this place, and i was pretty concerned because I've had too many bargain Chinese takeaways. The food quality was excellent, which surprised me given the prices - im very surprised. Service was lovely, would prefer it if it wasn't cash only though there is a cash machine a few yards away. Will definitely use this place again.
