Ordered Singapore noodles and got egg noodles instead. The beef was also horrible. Probably the worst Singapore noodles I've ever had:(

Appalling customer service! Been using this restaurant for years and the food is always spot on! But our latest order was wrong, even though we rang them to confirm the notes on Just Eat, the young girl confirmed back that everything was ok. When it arrived it clearly wasn’t. We rang them up and the same young girl was rude, ignorant, clearly not had any customer service training, sounded about 12 and obviously had no clue how to speak to people. Very disappointed with a restaurant we have always rated highly.
Best Chinese I've used. Food is always great, prices are fair and never had a bad experience. Highly recommend!

This was a terrible experience and they simply refused to help. I made an order which I tried to cancel within 30 seconds of ordering online. They did not answer the phone for 20 minutes and when they did they said the order was ready and refused to refund. This is the worst customer service I have seen from a restaurant and would recommend to not use them.
Just popped into this place on the off chance as I was in a bit of a rush. What a result. Every dish was as good as I've ever had. King Prawn Foo Young was spectacular. Really quick service too - spot on.
