   I used LFS to find a mortgage suitable for me and my girlfriend. We couldn't be happier with the services received from Richard and Emily. Not only did they secure us a great rate, they continued to adjust the rate up until exchange each time a better rate was available. We weren't charged any fees by LFS which meant we had extra money available to put toward our moving. I am currently considering putting some insurance cover in place and will be going back to them to get it.
