chicken was undercooked, the curry sauce was clearly from a packet. went in the bin. upon complaining to the owner I was told the chicken was purchased pre cooked and frozen / re heated on the premises to order, This admittance alone is enough for me to feel an obligation to leave this review.
Spent £27.00 on food here had to wait over an hour for it and when it arrived it was disgusting. I ordered crispy beef which wasn’t crispy it tastes greasy and not nice at all I had it plain not salted chilli but this was vile food. The spare ribs were chewy and not really edible the chicken balls doughy the only part is the food that was ok was the 3 small spring rolls that was given. Certainly wouldn’t recommend this Chinese I can still taste the food now and stomach is churning. Would avoid ordering from this place again
This used to be the place to go. This time the chicken balls were so tough we couldn't bite them. Beef in black bean was nice. Although when we turned up to collect all the staff were eating McDonald's so what does that tell you.
Have had decent food from here a couple of times. Tonight they gave me a piece of chicken instead of shredded crispy chicken. Took back and they exchanged which was nice of them but when i went to plate food up the crispy chicken was horrible and burnt and the prawn toast was burnt and rock hard. Was plain to see that the food was burnt and any decent place wouldn't sell that to any customer. Won't be returning
As a regular customer i am severely disappointed by the service and food received. Food arrived cold and without the 2 drinks i ordered. I called to ask where the drinks i'd paid for were and was told they would be delivered. They arrived after i had eaten and were delivered by a woman who was less than apologetic! Almost made me feel as if i was in the wrong for requesting the missing items be brought to me. Overall a very poor experience.
