    So disappointing. Won-tons were fried in the worst oil I've ever tasted in my life, it tasted so greasy and old and I couldn't get the smell away. it lingered. i can't even describe it. i ordered egg fried rice, which came without egg. the chow mein was very nice, although seemed dry and reheated. very, very disappointed in my old local chinese takeaway.

    Food not even adequate for a dog. This is the food they send for home delivery. When i rang and complained.they refused to chnage it and tried charging me again. Avoid at all times.

    Looks like another treat i am going to stop buying. My food arrived i was so excited but it was luke warm and tasteless. I'm wondering who is cooking the food. No longer authentic. Glad i can leave a review hoping you can taste the words. Noodles soft mushy as if boiled with the white king prawns also tasteless. Cost of living era and I'm wasting money, i can't eat this. You will be disappointed what ever you order dont order here keep searching reading reviews. I did call the shop and they felt it was my fault because i had requested 'no added salt'

    5 stars flat. You cannot go wrong at Cheng’s Garden. Over the past 3 weeks, we’ve ordered take outs 3 times and the food just keeps getting better. The sweet and sour hong kong style is so good (and sweet of course), the chow mein and fried rice is to die for. Man but the Prawn toast ? My god. Best thing I’ve had in a while. I would highly recommend them. Please note that they only take cash though!

    This place is such a shame, the food is beautiful everytime. however there customer service is awful, they very rarely arrive onetime and no apologies given, they miss food from your order (main parts of your meal) and will not redeliver. They just don't care.

    Awful delivery service, 3rd time we've waited over 2 hrs for food when they said it would take 30mins. Called to ask how long it would be after an hour waiting, they said it was on its way but didn't arrive for another hour even though we live 5mins away. Collection is ok but will never get delivery again. Absolutely shocking service.

    Normally great Chinese however today I ordered a delivery for between 7pm and 7.30pm (it arrived at 6.30pm). Most of the food was luke warm at best with the chow mein actually being cold , aromatic duck was more like aromatic fat.
