Great drinks at a very reasonable price. Fab atmosphere, there was a live band on when we visited and no entry fe which was a nice change. Lots of seating and lovely decor. Can't wait to visit again
Went on Saturday, there was a live band playing and the place had great atmosphere. Pool table there aswell. The upstairs smoking area is one of the best in the town, plenty of places to sit. sports shown on tvs that are dotted about. The bar was very busy and had to wait a while to get served. Did later learn that the main bar isn't the only one though. Had a great time.
Great place and atmosphere, little disappointed with live music advertised from 8 but didn't start until 9. They were good once they played. Beer prices are not too bad, overall a good night out.
Had a fantastic night at Bierkeller Halifax. Whole party organised for us by Chloe at Bierkeller Halifax. Went very smoothly. Everyone enjoyed a really good night. Thank you to Chloe for taking such good care of all arrangements.
Fab place for a night out, great show
Comedy night was great. Atmosphere good staff excellent. Would have been 5 star but for mess up on times. We arrived at 19-20 to get a good seat. Venue wasn't open no indication of doors opening times. So came back at 19-55 to find all decent seats taken. Shame really only down point all night.
Great German pub, lovely selection of German beers on tap. A little bit costly, but fair enough. Wonderful smell from the kitchen while you chug on some steins. Better if you catch them on the offer days.
