We ordered through Uber eats and am putting the review on here as I couldn't find a way to do it on Uber's site. The food took quite a while to come but I understand that sometimes is the case in busy periods. However, when our food arrived (we were the 8th drop!), the wraps were so soggy that they were inedible. The contents were tasty and plentiful but had to be eaten with a fork and not picked up in the wrap as it is intended to be. I don't know if this was caused by them being wrapped in copious amounts of foil or the length of time they took to get here. We will not be ordering again.

I wouldnt recommend this place at all. The food came and it was soggy, stuck to the tin foil, couldnt even eat it. The doner was burnt and the chicken seemed like it had just been boiled and not seasoned at all and made me want to be sick. Will be a while before i touch chicken or doner again.

I’ve placed about 30 orders with you over the past year. The kebabs were pretty incredible at first - fresh, full of a good mix of ingredients and in fresh bread with a good amount of sauce. Things started going awry last summer when the meat was dry in some of the kebabs and orders have slowly gone further downhill and more regularly inconsistent since. Your prices (fair if you could keep the consistency up) have gone up but the portions have become smaller and smaller with less sauce and less filling. Tonight you sent me a soggy wrap with a few bits of chicken and some tomato and cucumber in. You appear to have stopped serving carrot, cabbage (a must for a kebab, no?) and onion?! The veg disappeared a while ago too. And although I asked for feta I got a cm worth of it. Your output is now so far removed from a kebab, you should probably change your business name. I’ve continued ordering in the hope that you’d improve but today was the last time.

I’ve been a loyal customer since it opened and left many positive comments on the social media to promote. This time, I’m very disappointed when I received the delivery and looked at the size which is even not a half of the same wrap I had before. I understand the living cost is raising but £10 for this I will not be a loyal customer anymore I’m afraid.

Ordered on a Sunday. Ignored notes, ignored order as every kebab different to what we ordered. Phoned to complain. Julie took the call and apologised as had a crazy night and that she would phone the owner, organise a full refund, also to get the owner to ring me. He never did and never got the refund! I tried ringing and left a voicemail and never called back. The first time we tried this place it was brilliant, full of meat and as ordered. This time there was hardly any meat, it was presented poorly and the salad choices we made were all wrong. We asked for sauces separately, but we're put on the kebabs. I will never use them again and would urge you to save your money and use it elsewhere for this overpriced food we had to bin. I will report to trading standards. You had your chance to ring and refund! Avoid! I would even give one star if I didn't have to.

Lovely chicken and meat in amazing bread, very tasty fresh salad coriander and the feta was fantastic. Salted chips bit disappointing as were quite cold. Chicken tenders well nice.

Terrible soggy food, £17.50 and that's with 30% off. 5 mins away yet food was cold. Gristle in the horrible sausage fries chicken kebab had zero flavour it's like they just stir fried veg and chicken zero spices or flavour. EDIT. yes they offered me free food but i left the reviews before that and also the chicken kebab and zero flavour it was literally just plain chicken fried with veg it's like they forgot to season it... nice to offer free food and maybe it would be 2 star if not soggy and cold but for 17 pound 50 with 30% off the quality was atrocious.
