   This was our first visit to this boutique-style shop, and we were pleasantly surprised. We met two girls who were polite and clearly knew their work. Ms. Kaur was exceptional—she helped us find exactly what we were looking for. The store has a lovely collection with elegant designs. We ended up buying two dresses along with matching bangles. They also offer a great variety of sarees, suits, lehengas, bangles, and handbags.

   Went to Bombay Looks on 09.10.25 and bought some bangles for Indian festival karva churth. The bangle area and necklace area is down a flight of stairs. They have a nice variety of bangles. The customer service received was fine and staff were polite.

   I was looking for my engagement outfit since the whole day today. I wanted an outfit which would match my theme because in my engagement we were all family members, so I wanted an outfit which was neither heavy nor light, but I could not find such an outfit anywhere. But when I went to Bombay today, I felt very good seeing the collection of dresses there. All kinds of dresses can be found there. They have varieties in dresses and their customer service is very excellent. Most of the staff was cooperative. Their staff was very helpful. They helped me in selecting the outfit and also made a pair of bangles for me. I love their service, dresses and jewellery. You are more satisfied and the most important thing is that their price seems reasonable to me compared to other shops. I definitely advise you to go to Bombay looks

   Absolutely appalling service and quality. Staff were extremely unhelpful and the bangles we purchased for my daughter’s wedding broke after putting them on. I would expect the quality to be better and last a long time for long wear as I spent over £450 on them. Their refund and exchange policy is stupid and will refuse everyone as they know their products are crap. When we went in to try and get a new set of bangles as all the gems and threads came off, we actually had to purchase more as they blamed us for the damage alongside the weather !!! Ridiculous

   I bought quite a bit of items to match many wedding outfits. The staff are really not nice. I bought something to match a dress but when I got outside in daylight it was the wrong colour, half an hour later I went just to exchange it and she didn't. On top of that her way of talking was sp defensive and argumentative. I won't be going there again

   Very rude staff, especially the woman with glasses, she needs to work on her customer service, common sense and her manners!! Awful attitude and behaviour from this woman. They're not even worth 1 star. Don't bother spending a penny here.

   Awful customer service. The staff are pushy, rude and there is actually no common sense with how they operate their policies. Feels more about money vs custom. Will no longer visit this store and would not recommend.

   Terrible customer service, awful manners and unhelpful. Forced me to buy a bangle set I kept saying was the wrong colour and not the style I wanted and then when I returned 1 hour later to see if they could be changed, I was told to buy a whole new set. I wouldn't even give it one star if it was possible

   Beautiful bangles always!! Fantastic experience with Sheena choosing bridal bangles for both wedding and pre wedding functions. She was able to tailor the sets according to the look we wanted and couldn’t have made the experience smoother. Super friendly and approachable staff. Highly recommended!
