   Lovely shop, but the staff are extremely rude. The older lady with short hair has no social skills to be working in a shop. I wanted to go into the changing room, but it had a rail in front of it, so I moved it, as no one was around to let me in. Then this lady with short hair came out and told me that when the rail is across, it means it’s closed — like I was meant to know that. Honestly, after the way she spoke to me, I just wanted to leave. If I were the manager of that store and heard the way she spoke to a customer, she would be gone.

   Came into store today (10/08/2025), me and my partner had a great time in the store, we found a dress for her graduation and the blonde lady who was on the fitting room was really great and attentive and then it all changed. I was putting an item back on to the rack and was approached by a rude and rather arrogant staff member who told me “they are being size tidied and if I want to put it back I need to give it to her” her demeanour was rude and off putting. I work in retail and have done for the last 8 years, and that’s not the way you speak to a customer. I then passed it over to her and went to the till to pay for my partners dress which she looked at me standing there and continued size tidying. She continued to be rude to me and my partner whilst on the till and it ruined both me and my partner’s experience in the store and we really enjoy coming in for her dresses. The staff member in question was SafiaK Cashier No: 332418.

   I had a deeply disappointing and upsetting experience at this store today involving a staff member named ‘Paula’ (who lied even about her name being susan). While my wife was shopping, I waited near the entrance with our 3-year-old daughter and a pram. Susan first made an unnecessary and unfriendly comment, telling my toddler not to jump — which I chose to ignore at the time. But shortly after, she approached me again, this time in a rude, aggressive manner, demanding that I take the pram out of the shop. This happened while we were quietly waiting and not causing any obstruction. Her tone and attitude were completely uncalled for and lacked basic respect. This behaviour felt discriminatory and racially charged. As a customer from a minority background, I left feeling humiliated and unwelcome. Susan clearly has no understanding of professional conduct or how to speak to people with basic human decency. As a result of this experience, we decided to return the clothes we had just purchased and made the decision that we will not be shopping at Quiz again. We simply refuse to support a store where such unacceptable behaviour is allowed to go unchecked. I strongly urge management to take this matter seriously. No customer should be subjected to such treatment — especially in front of their children. This incident should prompt a review of staff training and appropriate disciplinary action.

   The manager here (older lady) was ridiculously obnoxious and rude. Completely ignored me as I stood at the counter waiting whilst she was doing a rota or something, then wouldn’t accept the return on my dress. Stated ‘pulls’ as the reason it was obvious it had been worn? Firstly, the dress had not been worn and secondly, every single dress in the store had pulls, makeup marks the lot. The reason I returned the dress was because it was in bad condition, and yet she wouldn’t accept it back because of the bad condition? Which is entirely their fault? I don’t know how she made it to manager with absolutely zero customer service, not an apology in sight. Appalling.

   Not a bad shopping experience but found that one of the staff not sure if it was the owner was a bit pushy. It was nice to see a mature sales team.

   Nice ideas for clothes but always something wrong with them, not sewn properly most of the time or made from cheap material which is crazy considering they charge quite a bit for what it is. The staff have always been nice though and the store looks great, just wish they would have the clothes be better quality

   Very rude and unhelpful staff. I visited Leicester quiz store about 4.20pm today to get the refund for one of my dress . (6.12.2022) the lady who was at the cashier asked my bank card first and the she said she needs the wallet no to do the refund. I didn’t know how to get the wallet no. Unfortunately she was very unhelpful and keep asking the no and ignored when I asked her to help to find the wallet no. Looks to me she doesn’t want to help the customers. Ignore and doing her own thing when I was struggling to find the wallet no . I went to return my dress all the way from Nuneaton and the customer service there was really bad. I asked her name as I remember her name is Susan or a similar pronouns. Quiz is one of my favourite clothes shop but I don’t want to go to this store anymore. Really bad customer services.

   I came on Thursday to buy shoes for a wedding in Paris. I stopped by before an appointment at 9am and the woman in there just ignored me completely which I thought was a bit rude so I decided to shop somewhere else. I couldn't find anything elsewhere so I returned there after my appointment and a young lady was there and spend time helping me decide on the shoes. She was really nice, friendly and professional. I wish I had asked her name to write the review but I am sure she'll know who she is. She gave me great advices and put me at ease as I never wear heels and was a bit stressed. She was really patient. Another of her colleague working in the shop was being super nice and we talked about the wedding in Paris and she was just really fun and lovely. I hope they both recognised themselves in that review, thank you to both for making my shopping experience fun and enjoyable.

   Very rude staff especially Cortney my sister gave her 27 pounds for a 16. 59 and she said that we gave her 17 so we had to wait for a day so they can check the cemaras or the cctv. Like the clothes but people like Courtney nit able to work there
