bad experience we bought a lehnga next day we treid at home and zip was broken as well as damaged treads we asked to change and staff was so rude! she said it’s normal but we can’t nothing you have to check before purchasing
Bought my sherwani piece from here and I'm very pleased with my purchase. I used their in house tailor and he did a really good job in altering my outfit which was ready in two weeks to collect. Overall, happy with their service and the choices in sherwanis to pick from. I will definitely come back in the near future
We went to purchase suit for wife and kid, the kids size they had not in stock, for my wife she picked one finally but saw there was very poor and substandard quality threading and embroidery and the back lace decor was broken off from one piece, mentioned this at the counter and the rude and snappy lady just went ahead of the purchase at full price just snipping off the threads that were already broken off and said these are normal..?! And the back lace she just cut off the whole piece and said we can get another matching pair which at first didn’t even match the original but “according to her” was a right match, went through many and finally she just knotted on the spare lace decors on?! Very appalling customer service and sale, don’t know how this business runs but it just robs customer in broad daylight.
Bought a dress from here, decent price but it needed alterations so I used their in-house tailor. This was a big mistake, their tailor did such an awful job, I was very upset & disappointed with the quality of his work. I had to take it to another tailor to fix the mess he made! They should’ve been more honest with me that their tailor cannot do lengha alterations, maybe he is good for small alterations to kurta type clothes. Apart from this, they have nice party-wear outfits with decent price
They charge me too much. I buy 2 kits Sahara kit and shalwar. That price is £68 and £69. But they charge me £277.00 . They didn’t put discount price. They put original price. I didn’t check . I pay my card. I’m in Dartford. When I come back my home I realised they charge me lots money. I can’t go back because I’m far. Really really bad service. They cheat me. I’m so sad. Waste money. God will punish.
Very unreasonable, very unprofessional. I purchased a sari for my wife (what do some men know about sari’s?), I decided to return it 5 minutes after I purchased it, they refused to give me refund. There was nothing wrong with it. Totally unacceptable. When I asked the teller told me that it says on the receipt no refunds and exchanges with in 14 days. I didn’t want a credit note due to the fact that I felt this was really unreasonable. She should have told me those terms at the time before paying, if I had known that I would have possibly not purchased the sari. She told me that the owner wasn’t in the county and “maybe” they would be back in a month “maybe more” and I should come back then, I told her that I live outside Leicester and she was adamant she couldn’t give refund, only a credit note, that for me was unacceptable and I told her you should be telling the customers the terms and this isn’t appropriate to be point out the information on the receipt after I have already purchased. I told her this and she didn’t acknowledge and said sorry. Also what happens if the clothes have a fault? Surely it’s against the law to not offer a refund. I will be looking into this. As the contract of the sale was revealed after payment had been taken. This is very unprofessional and very sneaky. Trust me don’t shop here.. there are many better shops on the Road. I for one will never shop here again and will tell everyone I know not to eithe.

Awful customer service! If I could give a 0 star rating then I would! Quality of items purchased were poor as only after 2 wears, lots of fraying threads. These items were only purchased a few weeks ago. I went back today to explain that the items were of a substandard quality. I Initially went to the shop that I bought the items from and the lady behind the counter (Meena) had a "couldn't be bothered" attitude. She said she was "just the worker" and told me to go their other store where the Manager was. I went to the other store where the Manager (Suneel) was very blunt and direct in declining an exchange for the faulty items. They said that all items are sold without guarantee I.e. You could spend several hundred pounds in that shop and if you walked out the door and noticed a thread loose, then they wouldn't do anything about it as the item had "left the shop". Not only that, him and another lady started muttering in another language about me as I was leaving the shop! They clearly are unaware of the Consumer Rights Act as the item was not fit for purpose and really have no clue about how to treat customers. I will never purchase from them again and I urge everyone to double and triple check the items before they leave the shop and NOT to expect anything if things go wrong!
My fiancé ordered 7 lenga's for our wedding from bajaj. When we went to pick up the lenga they were not the colour we ordered. When we tried to rectify the issue the store were very unprofessional. They insisted that we had ordered a different colour and refused to have the lenga made in the right colour even though we had already paid. After over an hour of arguing we finally got a refund and now need to find lenga at short notice. I would rate '0 stars' if possible and advise people to avoid the store
