I ordered clothes from this company’s website during the sale. Four out of the six suits were damaged/dirty and the wrong size. I messaged a staff member on their WhatsApp to return the suits after mentioning the problem, they said return them. I got a call after returning the order (4 suits) and a man on the phone began shouting at me about why I returned the suits and I’ve made it a ‘habit’ to return suits. Every time I was trying to speak he was shouting over me and telling me he has made a loss with the sales, I didn’t tell him to put the sale on! I have purchased suits from them before and kept them but he could only see my ‘habit’ of returning when I’ve only ordered 3-4 times. Then he messaged me saying ‘We sincerely apologize that we couldn’t proceed with any orders in the future. Thank you for your understanding.’ I don’t care if I can’t order anymore from a business that doesn’t respect their customers. Disgusting behaviour from this company
