Went to the shop today wanted us try different outfits and when we choice one and took to pay she said the top was £74.00 clearly the label was reduced and said £22.00 When we questioned it clearly she said that it wS put there by mistake by the school kids who come and work for them. I said by law she should sell it at the price displayed as any shop should honour that she turned around said th I s indian shop not English. They are Wful I there and very rude

Bought a suit for £220. No bag offered for the suit, when asked, was told it costs £4.50. Got a ripped suit bag in return for that money. Then had to ask for a hanger for the clothes as was told they don't give hangers. Overall, good clothes with very bad customer service.
Absolutely amazing shop and fantastic customer service !!!!! Cannot fault it. Second time we've been back in the space of a week and bought so much from them. The girls are so patient and understanding and really help find the best outfits for your required function! Wish I had more functions to shop for !!
I had a wonderful experience . it was my first time jass answered the phone listened and talk through what will go through. also another young lady who speak Gujarati helped me with my chuni sent me pic and ashokbhai the manager was polite helpful. my products from them were fab...... I'm a happy customer .....
Have been shopping here for years, but never again! Bought a suit, the side zip on it broke whilst I was in the middle of the temple...in another city...so spent the rest of day with safety pins in the side of me (bare in mind I had tried it on the in the shop and it was fine)...went to get a refund and but was refused..not in the policy apparently. Rang the man who owns the shop, was rude to me and threatened to remove me from the store. Was offered a complimentary £10 and the chance to have the zip replaced at £6...the suit was over £120. Expected more from this place. Lost a loyal customer and will be reporting to the trading standards. Never visiting Angelee or Manasi again. Definitely do not care about their customers!!!
