I ordered something from King Luxe and yodel couldn't find the parcel. The staff from King Luxe were reassuring and spoke to the delivery company who I was getting nowhere with. The customer service was fantastic and the items I purchased were priced better than I would find anywhere else. 10/10

Stumbled across kingslux while taking my daughter to hospital as I live in Northampton and was appy to actually find a shop selling all the brand's I wear n like,bought a retro pair ov Jordans 4 and was really appy wiv my purchase that I went back again and ordered 2 more pair's ov j4 red thunder and black thunder, paid my deposit and wivin a cuple ov weeks I went to collect and was very happy again, staff was very helpful and polite thru out the whole experience and will definitely be recommending them to other's.
Finally a designer store without the attitude, the staff at Kings Luxe are really friendly and willing to help (unlike the staff at Flannels Leicester City Center- see my review). Will certainly be coming back! Highly recommended!
