   I went to Urban today to do some Christmas shopping! Really nice store, very much what you would expect from an Urban! Quite busy but there was a good variety of items and well organised, there also was a very big sale on- I just wanted to leave a comment about a staff member on the tills who was super sweet! They helped me out a ton with setting up the rewards scheme and were absolutely lovely and patient despite how busy it all is with the Christmas season! Thankyou so much Erin!

   Yesterday, I was trying to get the attention of two workers having a conversation in the middle of the shop (including who I think is a manager). I made eye contact with both employees and was waiting around 5 minutes 3 ft away from them- completely dismissed. I put the top back and left. The shop was also messy. Unprofessional and rude.

   Very rude employers , very rare few was nice but they definitely should be sorting this out as it has been happening for a while which is very disappointing as many people I know including myself go there allot and love shopping there. The management should definitely do something about rudeness as it’s not very professional especially if you want to keep your customers. I went their changing rooms a few times and there was no one about but got told off for not waiting but fair few times been told to go through. Iv had many people tell me how much they dislike the rudeness of employers and had very bad experiences with it. Giving customers rude looks or judgy gestures is very unprofessional as I know kindness isn’t a hard thing to do when people just want to go by their day.

   On the website it says door closes at 7:00pm on Saturday. Got there 6:50pm and the door was already closed. Paid £3.5 for the parking and now need to go back the following day

   Really badly run. Huge queue and waited over 30 mins for changing rooms, clothes poorly made, hardly any seating whilst waiting for others to try on and the seating that’s there is taken up as the queue to try on takes so long. Badly laid out, looks like a jumble shop. Won’t be returning.

   Usually have a good experience with the lovely staff, however today 3 staff members were having a conversation behind the tills and as i waited to see who was at which till or was even going to serve me, they carried on talking. When one finally stood near a till and said hello, they took my items and carried on talking to the other employees, he only looked back at me once to tell me the total. Just didn’t feel very welcoming. I hate to complain but when you’re stood waiting to spend quite a bit of money, you just expect a bit more attention.
