Last week I visited Deepam along with my friends. Staff were friendly and helpful in finding what we want. I purchased an outfit and got discount too .. very satisfied .will visit again x
I had an awful experience in this shop today, I went in to buy some wide leg trousers and the lady (Sanjana) tried to mis-sell me an item of something I didn’t want, I then bought a pair of leggings. When I went to the shop next door I found what I was looking for, I went back to the shop within 5 minutes and explained I had found what I wanted elsewhere, they then said they do not have a refund policy despite me returning within 5 minutes, reluctantly they gave me my money back but wanted £1 back so I was trying to find a £1 coin and they said I owed £0.04p (luckily I found a £1 coin) but I would not expect this level of poor customer service from an established store on Belgrave road. Would not recommend!
I bought a saree from here that was worth around £150, but the lady who had served us reduced the price to £95. At first, I thought she was just being generous. But when I got home, I noticed the saree was fraying and had many loose threads. The next day, I went back to the store to return it, but they refused to refund us. They did allow an exchange, but I had to pay an extra £55. I was also told that the real reason why the lady had reduced the price was because it was faulty. She knew it was faulty, and failed to inform us, before we bought it. I am very disappointed as I had heard good things about this place. My advice for anyone planning to buy from here, is to please thoroughly check everything before purchasing.

The staff is very friendly, they always help out, you can find the best cloths like sarees, dress and mix and match.must vist if you struggling to find designer outfit.
Appalling customer service. One of the sale staff was very friendly, and the management ultimately provided a refund. However, one of the sales staff rude and obnoxious to my parents. Absolutely appalling attitude, and refused to take responsibility for the mis-selling and to respect my consumer rights. Ultimately, the management provided us with a refund (as legally obliged) - however, the sales person was absolutely awful. I would recommend to shop elsewhere.
