I recently visited this local modest clothes shop in Leicester and had a fantastic experience. The store offers a wonderful selection of stylish and elegant modest clothing. Absolutely shocking customer service at this particular retailer. 1/10 for delivering customer services and showing lack of respect both towards their customers and items they sell. BE AWARE they do not offer refunds which is a statutory right for every retailer to honour their customers. Whereby refunds can not be offered, a; Replacement and or a repair must be conducted to satisfy the customers expectation of receiving what they pay for. Take your business elsewhere, where respectable and law abiding retailers offer refunds and or clearly state they don’t which should be clearly expressed as a notice on a shop or in person. Surely, why would you shop at a place that does not offer refunds? Won’t be getting my business at all. I will ensure my friends and family also don’t shop here.
Rubish policy. Disgusting policy. Never buy from this shop. If you try to return or ask for an exchange, they tell you to give it to someone else, but we are not taking it back. They dont even have the right sizes. Asked people to wear it all and check which one fits you disgusting. But you can gift to this same shop owner. I also bought a matching scarf from another shop they got the same policy as here Difine Clothings, but they said its fine if its returned with the same packaging. And they refunded fully..Alhamduliilah
Not very professional as I turned up at 12 o'clock and was told by a lady in abaya we open at 12:30 ended up opening 1:00 waited 30 mins outside the store along with other customers getting angry and fustrated I went in the store and ther was hardly any sizes available only mostly small and only a few large sizes available sizing is terrible large fits like a medium and medium fits like a small could not purchase anything as ther is no refund or exchange policy which is ridiculous when the prices are so high just not worth buying was very disappointed not worth it.
