    I bought a shirt dress next day I went to return it because the size not fit for me,and I lost the receipt but I payed by card still they are not Accepting proof card purchase asking for receipt that’s not fair and also staffs are very rude.

    Check if purchasing a branded sale item that you receipt is correct. Store staff never, ever, answer their phone and HQ aware but don't care. Lack of customer care at every level. No wonder branches end up closing.

    Been trying to call on Monday 2nd June and No one is answering, been calling all day There must be a fault in the line, called Highcross and they answered straight away but my query wasn’t solved.

    I was really looking forward to visiting the shop after it reopened having moved across. I was hoping for them to have the petite range but disappointed they didn't, me being 5ft. Huge range which I was glad to see. I did pick up a few things got to the checkout and took out my new look vouchers but unfortunately only one till took the vouchers, the till at the end which had a guy who was serving a customer who also had a voucher was clearly struggling and no one helped him or knew how to help. I was starting to get impatient waiting for him but felt sorry for him so I ended up just using my card but the other tills need to be able to take vouchers as well. I will still keep coming back as it's the largest store near me but it needs a lot of improvements needed.

    Stood waiting in a queue of over 30 people, with one person on the till and the rest of the staff, including the manager, tidying clothes. Took over 20 minutes to pay for 1 item and the manager didn't care.

    Very slow on the tills. Staff gossiping away with customers. The member of staff actually stopped carrying out the customers transaction and was chatting away! It was so rude especially as there was a few people waiting. After 10 minutes of what should have been a 2 min transaction I put my items back and I left the store.

    Went here with my partner, the shop was a complete mess. Clothes strewn all over the place. I understand the sales were on but there were piles of jumbled clothes everywhere and their in season stock seemed very limited. We're not going back to THIS store again.
