   Only giving this place 4 stars because the price leans more towards the premium side for food & shisha. The shisha however was really good, it lasted quite a while and had tons of flavour and smoke. They also do re-heads for £10-15 depending on what you order. It is 1 between 2 though, and if you come with 2 people and order food and drinks, you can easily rack up a £100 bill which is a bit much for a lounge. The food was a solid 7-7.5/10, it arrived on time and was made fresh in house. You can choose to sit in the sky lounge area with panoramic views of the city or a more cosy lowkey seating area where it’s darker and less busy which I preferred. The logos and interior design with the neon lighting all around is a really nice touch and the sofas are really comfortable and it helps add that premium feel to this place. The staff are super friendly and happy to chat, ask questions. I would definitely recommend and will definitely be coming back.

   Came in for Shisha only. Shisha recomended by the girl working and it was very good. Im a regular Shisha smoker from out of town so my fist time here. Coal were changed regularly and rhe atmosphere and decor were very good. Will definitely be back.

   I had a very disappointing experience at Sky Shisha Cafe. The service was extremely poor—staff were inattentive and unprofessional. It took forever to get our order, and when it finally arrived, it wasn’t even correct. The hygiene standards were also questionable, and the overall atmosphere was far from relaxing. The shisha quality was subpar, and even after multiple complaints, no effort was made to fix it. Definitely not worth the price they charge. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for good service or a pleasant environment. There are far better options out there.

   Me and my partner love it here! Since the refurbishment its cozy and a lot warmer. Shisha is veryyyy good but it is a bit pricey for Coventry. Nonetheless, we travel from London so you know its that good! Karak chai is also yummy! Tried the pistachio cake on our recent visit and it was very nice too. Parking is quite difficult and there's around 2 flights of stairs to climb (maybe more) to get to the lounge so bare that in mind if you're visiting.

   Honestly speaking the shisha quality has went down hill since December, used to come here twice every week to smoke. I personally loved how they made there shisha at university feast, it had great flavor and smoke and from that time i started smoking smoke connoisseur it is a brilliant shisha and produces a-lot of smoke but now the way they make the shisha its not nice and there is no smoke and flavor and also if we tell the issue to the staff they try to get better smoke but they burn the flavor every-time. Its not there issue seems like they are not well trained in making a good bowl.

   Poor flavour shisha- most useless shisha ive ever tried for 20 quid. Dingy sofas, farmhouse or anywhere else is better. Some weird guy with shaved eyebrows behind the counter and some frog looking creature didnt know what they were doing.

   I have been visiting Sky Lounge for years, and the quality of customer service has always been tremendous. Ever since the pandemic, there has been an increase in flavours from all across the world, that you can’t find anywhere else congregated in one place. Staff are great in recommending mixes, if you are like me and a little indecisive they will help. If you are able to travel and/or nearby go to Sky Lounge for a great smoking experience. Dylan’s flavour mix is tremendous: African queen, pink man, Wagamama and “unknown”
