   Absolutely APPAULING service in the shop today, I returned a wallet (that was purchased as a 50th birthday gift) with a broken zip the male assistant did exchange it but suggested that if it were to break again, it couldn't be returned? Now, I'm no expert but doesn't that infringe on my consumer rights? Also, to say he was rude and was very dismissive is a huge understatement & for me, as a Customer, I've never felt more angry & so poorly treated. He suggested that it must have been something I did to break it as it hadn't happened before?? What...NEVER!? Maybe not in his shop but no product is fault free! This is in no way a slight on the other staff and I hope they offer their Customers a better service than he offered me, that's why my wife bought me the gift in the first place...'the service' He closed by suggesting if I wasn't happy, not to shop in there. Trust me...I WON'T!
