Asked for a custom made lengha choli with a 20inch trail, sent a inspo pic and I got exactly what I wanted, the quality is amazing and details on the dress were exquisite, service was 10/10, would definitely get my outfits made from here again, and would definitely recommend !!!
Me and my sisters ordered our dresses from here and initially, customer service was great until we found a fault in our trousers. We were told that a replacement will be sent out but the guy stopped replying to messages after being paid. Would not recommend.

Made an order of over 35 waist coats. They took all the measurements and around 20 out of the 35 came wrong. When contacting them was told more are on the way and will be here for Tuesday. When called and asked what time they’d come for we were told Wednesday. Being so close to the wedding day and a lot of clothes still not sorted I spoke out of frustration as there’s less than a week left to the wedding and each day we’d ring we’d get told a different day. During this call a member of the shop spoke with a high tone which when questioned he said he was going to cancel the order and call the police. Very very disappointing. A member called Usman was specifically told by me to take my measurements and make them made to measure instead of going of other sizes that were made and then amending them. I was told he knew what he was doing and would be right. Unfortunately I am still waiting for an update as my own waistcoat was very very tight. They ordered another one without re-sizing me and now I don’t know where I stand. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE BUYING ANY PRODUCTS FROM HERE.
Travelled down from Newcastle to order wedding outfits. We had four bridesmaids outfits made and they turned out exactly how we wanted them—absolutely stunning! Showes different colours and material and give you totally cheap stuff after. Proper rip off. Gives you clouths last minute, charge you too much. Mess clouths up. And never admit their fault. Very rude on the phone. Poor customer service. Not even deserve for one star. We ordered 5 wedding suits and the messed them up all.
My sisters and I had placed orders for our sisters wedding Delivery was within 3 weeks and our orders had come before the expected date Great customer service….. very honest and reliable Colours of our suits were the exact colour we had asked for. We had a lot of compliments on our suits on the day ….. I would definitely recommend this boutique if you need an outfit for an occasion, the clothes are very beautiful and they can negotiate a good price.
