I have to start this review with an apology, Apologies for not reviewing this store sooner. After 2 made-to-measure suits, around 9 suits off the rack and too many to count accessories, I think it`s about time I show my praise and respect for this store, their awesome products and equal to none staff. Let`s talk about the made-to-measure suits, and this is a testament not only for the craft of the tailors behind the scene at Moss Bros but also a testament of the devotion and expert advice of the staff, specifically Anil and Pria. They help you craft the perfect suit for you, for any occasion you would need. They know their products and which cloth goes with what interior lining , buttons, stitching and many many other combinations of cut, shape and size. By far the best suits I ever owned. If you have the occasion I would recommend you go for the made to measure, treat yourself. To add to the excellence of the suits, they are made in 30 days ! A words also about off the rack suits. Suits are of good quality, with proper care and maintenance they can last a long time. Designs are just timeless, if you buy an off the rack suit and travel through time into the 40`s you would easily be mistaken with one of the locals. The same goes for the accessories, timeless and of good quality, their silk ties are my favourite. Pocket squares pair nicely with the ties but I would like the pocket squares to be slightly bigger, but that`s personal preference. Cufflinks another fantastic item, sturdy, stylish and subtle as they should be. I honestly have no words to express the gratitude that I have for the members of staff that have helped me with making decisions in my multiple suits that i have from them. I have been a costumer and may I say friend of this store for about 5 years now and Anil and Pria have always greeted me with respect, kindness and friendliness. Without them this store would not be the same. Thanks to Anil, Pria, and the excellent quality and style of Moss I have been the best dressed man since I first stepped into the store. If you wish to also be the best dressed man you better go here !
Awful experience at this store from Anil. They measured my sizing in person, and when the suite arrived in the incorrect size they had the nerve to blame me? And wanted me to pay the full cost of an additional suite? Very backwards company with no accountability for their actions, and not open to offer any reasonable solution. I would not rely on moss bros for any occasion, only maybe if you have time and money to waste with constant arrogant responses. Trading standards will be notified, and this matter will be perused for the cost of my suite and additional inconvenience. I hope anyone wishing to buy from here, really considers going elsewhere. I would have loved to leave a negative 1000 rating but not possible on Google, only possible from Anil and Moss bros in real life.
Very arrogant staff, staff were practically pushing me for a sale before even trying on any suits, this included taking my chest measurements before I had even decided a colour, which was highly unprofessional and came as a shock. No composure and not what I expected from this outlet. Just because staff may know what suits look good (in there opinion) doesn’t provide an excuse to dictate or bully a sale, a suggestive approach would have been much better, with an opportunity to hear what the customer actually wants. Upon purchasing my wedding suit we returned it, as the jacket size was too small, and will gladly look elsewhere now and will definitely not be going to the Moss Bross in Leicester again.
Highly recommend, spoke to the guy Anil (sorry if it is spelt wrong) . He was very knowledgeable, knew his stuff from bow ties, colours, suits, trousers and so much more. Thanks for going that extra mile for my brother and family.
Went in for a tuxedo for a work event. The store manager was polite, friendly and extremely helpful. I knew absolutely nothing about tuxedo's and I think it showed, so he took the time to explain what we were trying and why, and how it all connected. He gave me useful tips on the wearing of the outfit, such as not to wear a belt and how to do a pocket square, and I felt really taken care of. He was even able to suggest a tailor for the jacket as I am an awkward figure and unfortunately couldn't fit exactly into a jacket. Then when something out of his hands came to pass, that being that DPD messed up with the delivery of an item, he was extremely helpful in making sure I know where Moss Bros stood, but also that he'd do all he could to try to help from their end, which was just that extra mile. Thankfully, the delivery got sorted. I 100% recommend this shop. It is worth it, definitely, for the great service and abkve and beyond friendliness and assistance of the staff.
June 2022 Moss Bros High Cross Leicester supplied all the Tuxedos for our daughters wedding. The supply and fitting service was second to none, Absolutely flawless. Just been back in today as there was a great suit that I had my eye on and a big thank you to Anil who again goes above and beyond with exceptional customer service and nothing seems too much trouble. Outstanding service Highly recommended A+++++
I came in for a suit purchase for a next day wedding. The lady there (didn't get her name) was great in helping me and nothing was too much trouble. Fab friendly service, no fuss how it should be. Thanks Moss Bros Leicester for saving the day!
