   Suit trousers split on the seam on the day of purchase and took them back the next day to get them exchanged and was told that wasn't covered. They offered to repair the trousers but I had a 4 hour drive home so couldn't wait and thought it cheeky to charge postage. Very disappointed as a customer

   I was served by Mohammed today in the leicester store and right from the start his customer service was spot on. He addressed all my questions of what I needed in the suit I was purchasing and was respectful when hearing what it was for. Lovely suits located at this store and online. Would really recommend buying one from this company and also would say it's better to get in person to get the right fit.

   We purchased multiple suits from this shop in Leicester. There was a slight fitting issue for one of the suits as it was purchased on behalf of a family member. We went to the store to return/exchange the suit. First we were met with a staff member who immediately said that if the suit is not in the hanger, they cannot accept the return and it states that on the receipt. It does not state that on the receipt. The receipt states the items must have the labels intact (which they were). I asked if they had spare hangers in the shop, the staff member said they don’t. Very unhelpful and very odd. If that was a return requirement that should be mentioned at the time of purchasing. He kept arguing with us that this was a requirement and it was extremely frustrating from a customers point of view. Thereafter the manager came, met with a straight unhappy face, we asked to exchange the items for a larger size - he was extremely unhelpful. The refund receipt of 30 days had passed by 2 days, therefore we asked for an exchange for a larger size so the suit can still be worn. The exchange was for the same item and same price, it simply needed a swap - that’s all. He just blatantly refused - did not even try to help and accommodate the request. Kept saying his ‘system’ doesn’t allow him to do anything past 30 days. I was not asking for my money back just to swap items, as a manager he could have done this to ensure a happy customer. I would not recommend this place, the staff are very unhelpful, and will try any excuse under the sun to avoid a refund or exchange. Worst customer service ever.

   My partner needed a suit for our wedding and was dreading going shopping for one as he had always found it hard to find a suit to fit well with his height and build. We went together and had the most amazing relaxed experience with a gentleman who was from the Nottingham branch but helping the Leicester branch that day. He knew exactly what worked for my partner and within the space of an hour came away with a full suit, waistcoat and tie. Lovely man and lovely staff and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and use again in the future!

   Update on this review- the regional manager contacted me and rectified the situation immediately. I was very pleased that she tackled the situation head on and sorted it and acknowledged that we didn’t receive the correct level of service. Don't go here - the service is very variable depending on which member of staff you encounter - either very rude or polite. Also highly incompetent my son was measured and they altered the wrong size trousers and then refused to admit fault - had to spend more money on a new pair of trousers as we already had the rest of the suit. Be warned steer clear of this shop,

   Excellent service when shopping for a prom suit for my son who doesn't wear suits ever! Scott was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He made sure my son's feelings were listened to and worked extremely hard with us and other customers. A credit to the store. Thank you.

   Awesome service provided. Very helpful. I would highly recommend. I didn't catch the other guys names but Muhammad the store manager was really polite and even managed to match the online discount code. I would say the prices are slightly expensive but the quality of the items are brilliant.
