   Shocking service. Ordered 2 hoodies - the company used EVRI to deliver and they are shocking. After telling my that they were struggling to find my address, it’s been nothing hit back and forth over email for 2 WEEKS about my order being delivered. How hard is it to either resend an order out or simply refund. STILL waiting to hear back from USC regarding a resolve. The shop is great but I am never ever ordering online with again. Shocking service.

   Beware when ordering online. Company uses Evri to ship, my Converses were left in plain sight on my doorstep and weren't there when I came home. USC messed me around sending forms to complete, then apparently they were completed wrong so had to resend them. Spent 2 months chasing, was promised a refund by 3 different online agents and then was finally told I wouldn't be refunded because it was now too late to claim from Evri. The majority of the online agents were rude (apart from 1) and just ended the chat when I politely challenged their appauling customer service. I feel the delays were made deliberately. Would give them no stars if I could, another Sports Direct institution with zero care for customer service

   Absolutely appalling shop. My son aged 13 along with 2 other friends were denied access to the shop, this was purely on their appearance. As I was following close behind when I challenged this they allowed them to enter once they knew I was with them. This is a clear case of discrimination on based on their age and gender which we have laws in place to protect people against. A formal complaint will be made against the store.

   Waited over half an hour to be served no staff anywhere finally find someone and then for them to look at the trainers and say no got the size and walked off shop has gone down hill in Leicester town centre won’t be shopping there again

   Don’t bother ordering online as they don’t accept returns in store. You will have to send back if not satisfied with order at your own cost. Misleading pictures of garments they have online. Very thin material used and called a winter jacket LOL Your better of placing an online order at JD Sports. I wouldn’t recommend !!!
