I went into this store today for the first time since it reopened after its remodeling. I was on the escalator going from the ground floor to the first floor. There was a big bang and a giant piece of plastic had fallen from the opposite escalators, luckily no one was standing there or it could have been deadly. It was clearly very heavy from the noise it made and if it hit someone on the escalator causing them to fall backwards, well it doesn't bare thinking about, especially if it was a child. Elsewhere there are aisles blocked off with buckets due to the leaking ceiling. Maybe this store should close for another few months to fix the shoddy work that was done before

The story is closed, as they’re renovating or something. However, Google Maps is showing it open, and there’s no proper communication from H&M.

A clothing shore where you can’t try anything on because the changing rooms are constantly out of order. Seems like a solid business plan. I’d comment on the staff but I think the below reviews probably cover it.

Shocking customer service. Only one serviced till open throughout the whole store and the queue was enormous especially as the cashier was dealing with returns as well as purchases. The other cashier just stood behind her till folding clothes not bothering to help customers

0 Stars (If I Could) I would give this store zero stars if that were an option. The layout is completely impractical for parents with young children or individuals using wheelchairs. The only way to reach the children's clothing section is via a lift, which is out of service. When I mentioned to a staff member I was advised it’s been like this for just over 2 months! It’s baffling that a store with children's clothing has such a poorly designed layout, especially considering that most parents will be accompanied by their little ones. I strongly urge management to reconsider the accessibility of their store. It’s not just an inconvenience; it’s a fundamental oversight that needs immediate attention. Perhaps put the children’s stock on the 1st floor where accessibility won’t be an issue!

A good place to shop when needing a special outfit I was shopping for a wedding outfit and being a plus size I thought I was going to struggle to find something but how wrong I was. So many lovely outfits and at reasonable prices . Staff was very polite and helpful. Inside is very clean bright and spacious which is very helpful for anyone with mobility issues.

My son decided to buy some new jeans with his own money on his card and on his own. In his nievety he threw away the receipt as they were the same style and size as what he already has. But unfortunately they were way too small for him. So I took him back the following day to get a refund and although he had proof of purchase on his online banking we were told this wasn’t enough to get a refund. A supervisor called Shiv was called, I explained the issue again to her and she was brilliant, found a copy of our receipt on the system and issued the refund. Overall we left happy
