   It was my 3rd order of the same two items I had ordered online. Due to Evri being extremely incompetent my 3rd order I placed online to collect in store. Unfortunately I hadn’t realised I wouldn’t be able to collect my items until after 2pm the following day. Due to the items being needed for a family get together which started earlier than 2pm I called my local store and asked if it would at all be possible to collect my items earlier than 2pm. The helpful member of staff took all of my details and explained they would see what they could do. 30 minutes later the manager called who was also extremely delightful and helpful explained they had located my items and I could collect asap. Honestly was so impressed with the service and also the friendly nature of who I dealt with I will happily provide the store with a 5star rating! Thank you both Fern and Kaylee!

   Very nice collection but giving bad rating only because of rude behaviour of one of the staffs - who doesn't know how to speak to customers. Don't want to describe the staff to avoid identification

   Very nice clothes and furniture. High quality but don't always have sizes your looking for. You need to be there at least a day earlier than planned just incase. But still great clothes

   Brought a box of wine glasses for £22 and took the price sticker off to wrap for a present and there is a price 18 on the box not a sticker it was printed on the box. Now I have to gift it with the price 18 On and was scammed to pay 22

   Great shop. I mainly use it for click and collect, which at busy times is slow but understandably so. Has a good range of clothes and staff are pleasant.

   I went to pick up a click and collect and asked at the till if it was ready. I was told the order had arrived in store but had not been scanned in. The assistant did not offer to find the parcel to scan it in. I found this very bad customer service as i work in retail myself and if faced with this situation i would go and find the parcel and scan it in or get a colleague to do it.

   My daughter and I visited 'Next' on Monday 24th July. We bought a suit and other items for my grandson for his Presentation day at his College. I was very impressed with the assistance and politeness of a young man named A.J. If he isn't the Manager there he should be.
