   Today morning i went to this shop for change my wife's jacket and one employee of this store talked to me very very rudely. They don't have stock of that jacket which i want to change, i just said to her you have shop so you need to maintain the stock and she said to me very rudely you can't talk to me like this take off your jacket and go out from shop i don't want to change or i don't want give your refund of this jacket. That jacket cost of £100 . I will never go to this shop again and i will stop other people, my relatives and friends to going to this shop for shopping very very bad employee

   Nice experience with the short lady with glasses yesterday. Bought two more new tops as the quality is amazing. Tops so cosy and soft. Will be back. Worth every penny. Can't rate them high enough.

   We used to love this store, but over time they have crammed in so much stuff you can hardly move. We visited today with my wife in her wheelchair a small one at that. Went to try stuff on and had to wait for the nice assistant to empty rails out of the disabled changing room as the manager had stored stuff in it. Just not a great experience today.

   Didn't stay long as every minute somebody was asking me if I wanted help. Would have preffered to be left browsing and ask for help if I needed it. Will try again next week or loom online for my Christmas gifts

   Me and my friends face very bad experience in super dry store which is located in high cross (Leicester) my friend is looking for the jackets which is fit for him and he is trying the jackets one of the store lady get to us for every 2 min and disturbing us ,we intimated that if we need any help we will call but she didn't listen to oour words and disturbing all the time this is very embrassing to us this is not the giod way to treat customers.

The manager was wonderful and went beyond her duty looking for certain items not on the shop floor. I left the store feeling like a million Dollars.
