   I had an extremely frustrating experience with Dhoom Design's customer service. To elaborate, I initially went to make a purchase and was measured by their tailor. Following the measurements, they demanded a substantial deposit. I returned after 6 weeks when they informed me that my clothing was ready for pickup. However, upon trying the clothes on, they were completely the wrong size. I revisited the store a few weeks later after they assured me that the issues had been fixed and that the clothes would fit correctly. Sadly, upon trying them on again, it was evident that the fitting was still incorrect. I requested a refund, but the staff's behavior was highly unprofessional. They refused to refund my money and instead engaged in a lengthy exchange where they made excuses throughout. I am profoundly disappointed with their service, which I can only describe as shockingly poor. There seemed to be no genuine concern for the customer's satisfaction. I strongly advise against visiting this store. Trust me, you will regret it if you do.

   I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Dhoom Design, located in BD8, and it was nothing short of a nightmare. From the moment I walked through their doors, it became painfully evident that their customer service and tailoring services were both abysmal. Allow me to elaborate on the numerous disappointments I encountered during my visit. First and foremost, the staff at Dhoom Design displayed a shocking lack of professionalism and courtesy. They appeared disinterested and unhelpful, showing little willingness to assist me with my clothing needs. The atmosphere was unwelcoming, and I felt like an inconvenience rather than a valued customer. Their lackadaisical approach to customer service was utterly unacceptable. Furthermore, when it came to their tailoring services, Dhoom Design fell spectacularly short. Despite providing them with precise measurements and clear instructions, the alterations on my clothing were nothing short of disastrous. The stitching was sloppy and uneven, and it seemed like no attention to detail was given. The end result was ill-fitting garments that were not worth the time and money I invested. Their quality of tailoring left much to be desired. To add insult to injury, when I voiced my concerns about the shoddy workmanship, the staff at Dhoom Design displayed a complete lack of accountability. Instead of acknowledging their mistakes and rectifying the issues, they responded defensively and dismissively. It was clear that customer satisfaction was not a priority for them. Their dismissive attitude towards legitimate concerns was incredibly frustrating and demonstrated a severe lack of professionalism. In summary, Dhoom Design in BD8 provided an appalling customer service experience and delivered subpar tailoring services. Their staff's unhelpful and disinterested attitude made me feel unwelcome, and their lack of attention to detail resulted in poorly tailored clothing. I strongly advise anyone seeking quality tailoring and a pleasant customer experience to look elsewhere. Dhoom Design is simply not worth your time or money.

   Ordered three outfits for myself and my sisters. We changed the colour of the outfits and were told they would be ready in 5 weeks. We received them within four weeks and they were perfect. Very happy with the service provided. Will be ordering from Dhoom again in the future.

   We got a dress for the little un today, looked everywhere for kids dresses and this was one of the places that had a massive variety. The lady, who spoke mirpuri was very honest and honestly really down to earth- we really wanted the dress but the thread the hooks attach onto was broken. She sorted that out, but she went the extra mile and adjusted the hook on the trousers to fit her perfectly. That, she did out of kindness and to be honest that moment is the reason we will always go here first. We have another wedding soon and will be getting a few outfits soon inshaaAllah

   Stay away, it's owned by Dharkan, their customer service is the worst. They'll take your money on tailored suits, promise you everything and deliver everything in the poorest way possible-theyre closing their shop down now and moving across the road to dhoom, to continue with their scams

   If there was an option for no stars at all i would give this ugly place 0 stars. Their customer service is terrible. We went on a saturday they said they would give us an item of clothing made to measure and that it should take up to 3-4 weeks to arrive. They clearly told us that the material would be made available (95% chance in India) and that if we ordered while this clothing item was on sale price in store (£45) then thats how much they will charge us per suit, which would've been made to measure. They told us to go to their shop ASAP to get measurements taken. So we went the next day to get this done, incase the item was gone due to sale. Soon as we arrived in the shop, the staff suddenly had a change of attitude they kept us waiting to get measurements taken, for 30 mins-1 hour, we had young children and babies with us who were becoming restless and this didnt seem to concern staff whatsoever. After all the waiting, the boss said the material wont be available despite talking on the phone to India day before, saying it would be available in front of us. He changed his words and said he never said that, and that even if we placed an order on the sunday he'll charge us £55 per suit and not the sale price, although they clearly said theyd charge us sale price day before. This was clearly BS, first he says the material wont be available then says the price will be higher! The lazy boss didnt seem sorry about the whole situation which he clearly caused, he was very egoistic, always sat on his lazy buttocks, eating in front of his customers, just absolutely ill-mannered and completely unattentive toward his customers, and he raised his voice at us. As we were leaving, that was the only time we saw him stand up. Strongly recommend not to shop there. They only had that one clothing item that looked alright anyway. And not to mention their over priced bridal suite wasn't so good either.

   This place is absolutely tragic. I am warning you, do not order from here! They lie about their order times and the customer service is diabolical. We waited the agreed number of weeks for our order and on the day of collection they told us 2 more weeks?! And even then they were still unsure if it would be ready by then. They then told us the delay is because their dress makers took 2 weeks holiday. So they didn't think to disclose this when we placed our order? It's absurd. The 2 men who work upstairs are clueless and have no empathy whatsoever and responded like it's an everyday thing for them to let people down. Do not waste your money and your time here! ☣☣☣
