Nice store however their fitting rooms are closed way too early! Some members of staff are not very pleasant too and there is always 1 person at the till downstairs only . The till upstairs always closed sending you downstairs. This is very off-putting, sorry .
My friend and I travelled a little further out to fosse park last night to find outfits for our Christmas Party, wanting to try things first as we weren't sure what would suit our body types. We'd picked out a selection each to try on in H&M, but with an hour left until the store closed we were told the fitting rooms were closed by a very rude member of staff who was not at all friendly. We asked again if she could accommodate as the store was still an hour from closing and she dismissively said "No" whilst looking away. Not wanting to purchase before trying we left the store and went to Next and M&S...it's worth letting H&M at Fosse know both stores said their fitting rooms stay open until the store closes, M&S 10mins from closing still let us make use of the fitting rooms.
I went shopping today with my 6-month-old twin babies in a double stroller. The elevator was out of order. When I asked one of the store employees how I was supposed to get to the upstairs children’s section, she told me to take the car seats out, carry them upstairs with the babies, and then come back down for the stroller frame! Seriously? Am I supposed to go up and down the stairs several times with two tiny babies and leave them upstairs while I fetch the rest of the stroller? That’s absurd! No empathy whatsoever. No offer of help at all. What a shame!
As expected or H&M. My only complaint is there aren't many dressing rooms so we literally waited 15 minutes and this was on a Friday evening when Fosse Park wasn't that busy. Good location but avoid peak times on a Saturday as the car park is horrendous - whilst you can generally find a space, it's a long wait to exit the park.
Just another H&M store with all that you expect. Not too big but also not too small, the selection is pretty good as usual, and the staff were friendly. The quality is also pretty good I’ve never had an issue with what I have bought, the cost-quality ratio is great.
Cheaper than expected, good quality items but not much choice in this particular shop.

Good clothes for good price but the mens section is about a quarter of 1 floor so there's barely any options in store. Ordering online is an alternative but I'm not into the whole world wide Web thing yet so it's not really an option for me.
Very neatly presented and well-arranged apparels. Ladies apparels on ground and men's and kids are one floor up. The store has a very welcoming ambience and the arrangement of the colour scheme makes it more inviting.
