I recently went to Reiss Leicester on Friday 1st November shopping and unfortunately didn’t get the service I was expecting so I gave them the benefit of doubt and thought maybe it’s just an individual who doesn’t want to give me service. However I returned the following day Saturday 2nd November and I kind of got service and purchased a turtleneck jumper. I tried this on at home and I did like it so I returned later on the same day to purchase another colour of the same. Sadly there is a female employee who works in this store whom I have spoken to the assistant manager about and he has said to me due to her past experience with another male customer she felt uncomfortable to attend to me to assist me which I find shocking because of someone else’s behaviour and her bad experience with another customer I received a mix service from this female employee. The Assistant manager also said to me yesterday that on Sunday 3rd November i never got the service because the lady that gave me service on this day was too tired because she went on a night out. Am I suppose to just accept your excuses especially about the lady who feels uncomfortable. I have never purchased anything in this store previously and it was my first ever purchase and hardly never attended this store before in the past maybe over 15 months ago I may have visited on the one occasion. To be told this lady felt uncomfortable I take that quite offensive who I don’t have a clue who this person is and I feel a serious accusation has been made and I’ve been made to feel like this is disgusting. I want this to be escalated with someone outside of this store who I’d like to speak to or I will be taking legal advice against this company. This store is very sexist and this is what I’ve been made to feel as a customer and been told that I need to ask for a male staff when I do come to this store. I find this very sexist and I’m offended because of equality. No one should behave in this manner when it comes to giving customers a service after all you become profitable because of customers. BE AWARE ANY MALES GENDER GOING TO REISS LEICESTER STORE ! Let me put this to you the assistant manager at REISS Leicester has actually breached this female employee’s confidentiality by telling me this which is shocking in itself and saying to me a female employee has gone on a night out and her performance is down to being tired !! I’d like someone from head office to get in touch with me because I have been made to feel very uncomfortable and I will be seeking clarity on this type of issue with my legal team and everything I will be putting in full perspective via my legal team.
We bought all of the suits for our wedding from the store - I cannot thank Ellis enough for all of the help from start to finish. The service she offered was flawless going above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect! She is an asset to the company, being consistently polite and helpful every time we have visited.
Amazing service from Hayley at customer support to the amazing staff at the Reiss shop in Leicester Highcross. Placed an order that was initially announced delayed, absolutely understandable given the time and the order being placed yesterday. Spoke to Hayley, really helpful and kind, 1 hour after I've received an email that my order was ready to be collected, which was amazing since i needed the shoes today. Went to the store and received a quick and top notch service.! Definitely recommend and will buy again. The shoes are absolutely gorgeous as well!!
Ordered a parcel for next day pick up. The parcel hasn’t arrived for over 6 days. And after over 5 calls they still don’t know where it is. When we asked if they could deliver instead as we won’t be able to come get it. The customer service was super unhelpful.

Beautiful store with some great clothing. All items are well displayed. High quality clothes that aren't cheap but well made and good value for money.
I went in the other day for some trousers to be greeted by 2 really nice staff members that helped me with everything I needed. Shout out to Ashley as he told me he was a new start and I was really impressed with his sales, I'm not too sure how to spell the girls name that was also on the shift but she was amazing too and made me feel welcomed and listened too in the store. Really good customer experience.
