Fantastic shop with some great bargains, and a huge range of discounted coats & jumpers. Jake was really helpful and attentive, and he helped us find some nice items.
Some real bargains here for men and women with lots of big reductions on list prices. Just check online prices too, as sometimes they undercut even factory shop prices.
I took a coat back to find that they don't do refunds, asked for a credit note which they don't offer, then had to buy something else luckily I bought a few tops. The staff were lovley and the shop is set out nice. Low rating due to them not telling me the above when I bought a coat for a family member. Live and learn.

I purchased a Black Gibson Womens Gilet for a Christmas gift. Telephoned to confirm this, spoke to a very helpful man who assured me the item was parcelled and ready to go by Royal Mail. I was sceptical about the delivery but the item was received within 48 hours of dispatch. Highly delighted with the product and the service. Thank you all very much 100% quality service. I shall definitely purchase from you again, especially as you are a fairly local company, too!.
