Me and my mum visited one of their stores yesterday. The moment we walked in we felt awkward. We needed a couple of suits however the worker was not helpful at all. She made us feel uncomfortable and instead made comments such as ‘don’t get the suits mixed up’ We literally had to just walk out! The worker was ever so rude! Why work in a shop if your customer service is rubbish! However when we walked into their other shop the lady was absolutely lovely and willing to help.
