The best shop in Plaza for Asian clothes bought clothes for wife and kids a few times now. Prices are very reasonable. Juveriya and zaheen helped us out throughout the way. An asset to the team.
I bought a suit for £50 for a special occasion and after 5 days opened its was damaged on shirt went back straight away zaheen girl refused to change it when you clearly can see it was the material damaged they are very rude people please avoid their business A few weeks later my husband lost £100 in their shop on leeds road called motif ( same owner of barira bradford plaza , bilal ) we called the owner as workers said they don’t have cctv fotage control bilal said ring me after 2 weeks we called a week after he said send us you own fotos we did than he blocked our numbers we been chasing for him for a while nothing happened

Bought a kurta before Eid, went a day before Eid to exchange it for a different size. Cashier says to me sorry it’s out of stock but we’ll re-order it, try again after Eid. Went after a few weeks and she says I never said this I don’t recognise you. Absolutely awful customer service! All the tags were on it was in the bag I had bought it in. Literally nothing wrong with it and they refused to even exchange it. Their reasoning it’s a 3 day return/exchange policy and we can’t favour you over other customers by exchanging this item. Please avoid this shop, they don’t care about the customer at all! Saying things to me like people wear their clothes and return them, I was absolutely baffled!
One of the WORST SHOPS I have experienced I advise anyone to never shop at this place would not take any returns UNBELIEVABLE DON'T SHOP HERE
