USC lists products that are no longer in stock, collects money from customers and then you have to wait 28 days for a return..this is what modern theft looks like
Very terrible policy they stop me n all customers 20 min before entering store with a foul attitude I called the manager n asked the store policy she was scared to give her name this is not acceptable. Very bad impression
Customer service is shocking in here, they lack basic common sense and manners, who employs these people. I was in there today went to pay and the cashier was just rude, asked me to move to one side, no please or thank you. Kept me waiting while he went to move something, what is going on? I’m sure you could have done that after you served me. Sort it out!!!
It appears a few people have the same problem as me with customer service. I was at the front of what was obviously the queue and despite that people who stood at the end got served first. This happened 3 times despite me protesting and telling them that I was there first. I was incredibly disappointed that when I protested to one of the staff, the one next to her finished serving his customer and then proceeded to invite someone else forward instead of me. I ended up waiting 15 mins with 1 person originally in front of me in the queue to but a single belt. Extremely disappointed and won't be using them again.
Vast variety of stock available and decent sales on. I got my sweatshirt for a very affordable price. Only criticism would be how awkwardly the changing rooms are placed (right by the tills) so showing somebody with you anything you've tried on can be a little nerve wracking, as many get the opportunity to stare at you.
Male manager hasn’t got a clue about the consumer goods act , tried to mug us off on price , by saying the increased price sticker had fell off the reduced price - although it was on the other side .

Abysmal customer service from the short blonde manager. Legit needs to be fired or this place will go bankrupt. Poor stinking attitude from her and no understanding of consumer goods act. Avoid this store at all costs.
