   I purchased an item that is under 30 days old and the stitching came out. I tried to return the product for an exchange but was told by the store manager that there is no fault with the product and no resolution was offered. The product was only used a handful of times. I am very disappointed with the service received Leicester store. I also felt your store manager was implying that I damaged the product (Versace Bag see pics) and felt very annoyed by this. Better to buy online than this store. Utter rubbish service and rude.

   Worst flannels in Leicestershire. Went in to get a represent jumper refunded which I bought a week before. Never been worn, still had all tags on the jumper and the receipt in the bag. They started smelling the inside of the jumper which I found very unprofessional and said it smelt heavily of aftershave and too creased. They got me to smell the jumper and there was no smell other than what the jumper originally smelt like. Their attitudes were extremely rude. Went into the fosse park Leicester store straight after and they welcomed me in and happily gave me a store credit for the jumper. They also found it strange when I told them what had happened in the highcross store. Do NOT recommend here at all. Stick to fosse park from now on…

   Bought a Hugo boss jumper as a birthday gift for my friend, gave it to him and he tried it on once and it didn’t fit, went to go exchange it for a bigger size and they said they can’t accept it as it doesn’t smell like the store so it’s now unsellable. I had the tags still on and the receipt of purchase. Really disappointed as clothes aren’t cheap here so it’s not just a big of money lost

   Good place for those who love designer clothes. Was served by Lola and Tristan both times and both were really helpful in showing round. they have a wide range to pick from for those who are into the certain brands they like!!

   My review is for the Guerlain counter within Flannels. Amazing customer service from Lola; helpful, informed and professional but very friendly with it. The quality of the products is excellent and this is now my chosen brand for skincare, make up and perfume. Lola has helped me with my choices and her recommendations are spot on. Thank you Lola.

   Bought a belstaff cap on Saturday picked up the one on display in blue I wanted, assistant said I’ll get you one from behind, someone sent to get one, that was put straight into a bag but was black when I got home. - tried to phone Saturday afternoon on the number displayed unanswered. Went back to Leicester today no blue caps left none at Fosse Park either - pretty poor customer service all round really
