   Today I had such a lovely experience at Primark thanks to one of the staff members who helped me find my perfect trouser size / sport wear. She was incredibly sweet, patient, and genuinely kind throughout the whole process. She took the time to really understand what I was looking for and made sure I felt comfortable and confident with my choice. Her attitude and professionalism truly stood out, and she worked quickly while still giving excellent service. She absolutely deserves a well earned raise for how well she does her job. Experiences like this make shopping so much more enjoyable, thank you Layla ( men's section)! ❤️

   Ok, store, but seriously, they need to sort the air quality in this place. It's too warm and stuffy as I have noticed this on my last 3 occasions. So if you have any respiratory issues or problems I would avoid this store. I have noticed other stores are not like this on fosse park.

   Shop nice to look at, brought items for business. Requested a Vat invoice that they refused to give, after asking manager they said we could look online for there vat number. This is a needed item for Any businnes purchase. And if a shop is selling an item it needs to be able to give receipt showing vat that they have charged. I do look forward to a reply from Primark, as when handing in my receipt to my accounts they will be calling Primark.

   With Primark you know what you are getting yourself in for before you go, it’s going to be large, busy and kind of an ordeal to endure. Having said that, there are often quite a few good products on offer if you are brave enough to sift through the human soup that is the shop, It’s particularly horrendous in December when people are getting their festive gifts. It’s one of those shops that is occasionally necessary to visit but is unlikely to be a pleasurable experience.

   Disappointing this year. We make a visit every Christmas and usually there is much choice for everyone but this year there was far less Christmas jumpers and the women's lines of clothing was just awful and one note (shiny metallics and cheap wool). We dressed little one up for a picture with Christmas Mickey and Minnie but that wasn't up this year. Lifts are a joke so people with pushchairs can't get around easily or quickly. Took nearly 30 minutes on one occasion! Staff on tills really friendly despite being so busy which is nice but at one point about 6 members of staff were on the shop floor by the pyjamas just having a chin wag, being loud and unhelpful when there was actually nothing on the shelves I guess they could have been refilling.
