   Travelled 30 minutes to try on some Adidas Samba shoes today. Waited 30 minutes and they hadn’t brought down the shoes in my size. I went to ask a staff member politely and they said it will be down in a few more minutes as they are under-staffed. The staff couldn’t care less so I ended up walking out and ordering the sizes online. Don’t waste your time at this JD Sports Fosse Park branch.

   Very disappointing experience at JD Sports Fosse Park, Leicester. The staff, including the manager, were rude and unprofessional. We were told we would receive a refund for damaged Hoka shoes, but after waiting nearly an hour, we were given store credit instead. When we asked for clarification, the manager argued rather than explaining politely. Service is always slow, and staff are not helpful. We are regular JD customers but will avoid this store in the future.

   I waited in the queue at JD for 20 minutes with only one person on the till. One on the phone .Eventually more staff came over, but they were just laughing and chatting with each other instead of helping customers. When it was finally my turn, I didn’t even get a basic “hello” just “cash or card.” Then I was told they couldn’t give me a paper receipt because it “wasn’t working” and could only email it. What kind of service is that? Really disappointing experience.

   Absolute terrible service from everyone working. Wanted a different size in some Adidas shoes and I waited at least 20 minutes and no one came over asked someone to see why it's taking so long and they couldn't be less bothered and waited another 5 minutes and I just left and ordered them from sports direct. Staff were just standing around chatting.

   Avoid at all costs! Staff don’t help and look at you like you are putting them out when you ask for help. Wanting to buy £350 on trainers only to be spoken down to because the staff have zero customer service skills. Will be complaining about a lad in a white t shirt who refused to give me his name when asked as I told him I’d be complaining about his attitude.

   Came to shop here a couple weeks ago and met a nice brown lad who gave us great customer service he apologised for the wait as we were waiting for about 15 mins and later on got everything done for us really fast, fantastic customer service he had this red string thing on his wrist we left extremely happy.

   Nice new store. Much better now it’s all on one floor. But the service is still rather slow. Plenty of staff but they seem to just walk about. Maybe get on a till?
