Bought some colourful buttons online just before Christmas and they arrived in a couple of days. They are just what I wanted to finish off my crochet cardigan.
Lovely shop where staff really went out of their way to help and give advice. Wide selection of wool, yarn, buttons, and threads.
Excellent service! Bought some yarn in store first, staff are incredibly friendly and very knowledgeable. Ordered online today and had a hand delivery from them. The yarn they provide are really great quality and very soft as well!
Wonderful little shop. Janet is super helpful and she is great for asking advice on projects. She helped my husband find what I’d sent him for when I was too ill to go myself. She always welcomes me and other customers with a smile. I won’t go to anywhere else!
Amazing shop! So lucky to have an independent haberdashery that stocks so much. Staff are friendly and always willing to offer advice. They also have an online store or you can call up to order items (which is great if you're in a hurry or limited on time)....but in person is what it is all about. A real crafters dream!
A Christmas must-visit shop if you have children, like dressmaking, crafting or simply appreciate a lovely family-run shop. There's free parking in the main Wigston town car park behind and granted, the shop is in a dingy old precinct but what a find! Lovely Janet who runs the shop makes colourful babies and children's clothes which are fun and attractive - with a range of interesting colours and designs, from Babygros to coats for 10-year-olds. Presumably, you could also have items made in your choice of fabric from the wide range in the shop. There's wool, craft kits, haberdashery, fat quarters, fabric and accessories all on sale, with plenty of Christmas gifts and outfits for the little ones. I received a warm welcome and a Christmas goody bag with a discount voucher. Discovered by accident, this shop would do amazing trade if it were on Queen's Road in Clarendon Park ... but here in Wigston, the parking is easier, and the prices are very reasonable, so now you know!
This is a small family business that sells fabrics and hand knitted babywear. The handmade products are absolutely beautiful, and the choice of fabrics is good and the lady that runs it is really nice.
Janet is a lovely lady and her store is beautiful. An asset to South Wigston. Support local and have a look at the incredible products that Janet produces. X
