    4 times I have brought clothing from this shop. The staff are not friendly and are very rude they do not let you return or exchange any items without receipts even if there clothing are faulty. I brought a jumper which came undone at the stiching which I had the receipt for then I got a size 14 trousers which where looses but I really liked. I then went back to buy the same trousers in different colour size 12 which where tight they refused because I had no receipts. There clothing are not cheap. And the quality of jumpers not good .

    You'd think a clothes shop located in a hospital might actually sell things people would need. Extremely poor selection of nightwear consisting of inappropriately short shorts in a handful of sizes, no underwear, bed socks or dressing gowns.... Very disappointing... Prices extremely high and quality extremely low. Don't waste your time.

    The absolute disbelief that the manager looked at me with when I went in to store was disgusting. I went inwith a pair of slippers that I had bought before Christmas and couldn't wear as my foot kept slipping out of them. I tried for a few minutes at home and gave up. Returned with tags and receipt to a chorus of "you've obviously worn them/I have these and have no probelm/Noone can but these/who'd wear these after you've worn them and so it went on!!!!!! Not happy....can you tell!!

    I absolutely love the clothes in the stock shop.I shop on line as well as going in to stock shop, at Coventry Hospital.If you buy on line it is so easy to send back if doesn't fit and they pay to return.Thankyou.xxxx

    Visited this store this morning to purchase a pair of navy trousers and a lovely pink top that caught my attention earlier this week. On entering the store just as it was opened. As I'm in a wheelchair I asked for assistance,....could not believe it when she looked my way then looked away. Then 2 further customers walked in and was greeted with a smile and vouchers in hand. They left spending nothing......I was about to spend £50+ without a voucher waved at me on my arrival. I've purchase from this store several times lucky enough not by this member of staff thankfully So disappointed by this visit

    Love this place just wish they would put there homeware on the website as well . Great clothes at really good prices. Lovely staff, just to far for me to travel to the the nearest shop , i found the shop while visiting my sister in walsgrave hospital.
