Called in store this morning greeted by a lovely lady who was so helpful when I asked about an item that is available online but out of stock helpful friendly which is nice when you are shopping instead of a miserable member of staff who can't be bothered the staff here are always friendly and helpful thanks again x

What a marvelous little branch. The location - Bedworth - is great, particularly as many retailers are being priced out of the town centre. After buying rather expensive undergarments in Marks and Spencer (at the Richo, Coventry) I popped into Peacocks on a whim, and found precisely what I wanted,at a fraction of the price I'd paid in M&S. The staff are professional, without being overbearing,& helpful. I will certainly be visiting this branch again as it is definitely preferable to the Coventry City shop.
