   We went there today with my brother and we treated so badly we left without buying the item. We were racially profiled and accused of harassing the shop assistant because we asked a question. The manager I guess a white female called security on us and told them we were harassing the girl but nothing of that sort happened. The whole thing was very racist and we explained the whole scenario to the security and they apologised. But the whole thing was such an embarrassment and we left without even buying that item. The worst part is the manager who is in charge of the shop was the one who racially profiled us. We would like this matter to be investigated please.

   New look has classy and durable clothing, accessories and shoes. I am pleased that items are always on sales so very affordable for lovers of fashion and class. I bought these lovely pairs of shoes there, they are quite comfy.

   Extremely rude and discriminatory fitting room staff. Shame on Coventry for hosting such a business. I have filed a formal complaint of discrimination against this business. Don't expect to be allowed to help your partner in the fitting room if he/she is disabled.

   I am obsessed with this brand! I zero in on their shoes and boots. Great value, pleasant staff, well displayed racks. Wasn't pleased with the last cardigan I got from them a month prior but they remain one of the best trusted brands for the mid income market.

   My daughter and I both needed elegant dresses for a celebration night on a cruise ship. We spent hours looking in so many local shops, but could only find more casual dresses. New Look saved the day! We both found the perfect dress!! My daughter also found another couple of outfits. Brilliant selection of clothes, friendly staff and receipts sent by email, highly recommend :)
