This is much better customer service and I’ll obviously update my review Absolutely horrible customer service. Very poor and rude communication. Poor quality clothing with premium prices. No invoice included with purchase . Will not be shopping again.

   Because you can't review the international shipping part of Lamoda UK, I do it here. Worst company I've '' talked'' to in years! I returned shoes almost a month ago with track and trace, the shoes arrived at there depot. After 3 emails about +€60,- return I got one reply that clearly shows they didn't read my emails, at all. Hopefully the person in charge was just stoned for a month and will give back money that's rightfully mine.
