I went to look in there all clothes are amazing £5 everything I have to go back again hopefully they are not closed down yet x
I recently visited the New Look store in Rugby, and unfortunately, it turned out to be one of the worst New Look experiences I've had. From the moment I stepped inside, it became evident that the store was suffering from a severe lack of organization and attention to detail. The most glaring issue was the haphazard arrangement of merchandise. It seemed as though everything in the store was on sale, but instead of presenting the discounted items in an orderly manner, they were jumbled together in a chaotic mess. Clothes from different sections were mixed up, making it challenging to find specific items. While I appreciate the allure of a sale, it should not come at the cost of basic organization and visual appeal.
I found this store amazing i was on my way out after purchasing a bargain scarf, then i got side tracked by everything else and was in there hours i am sure. Got some more bargains nice! The staff seemed lovely, could not help over hearing them they sounded happy, sounded like a nice place to work. A novel shop, for me but i am hoping to return for another bargain i saw last time , hopefully will still have it.

I do like new look but find it difficult to buy for my daughter from here as its all skimpy and short tops etc and my daughter dislikes this type if clothing so it's not ideal for her I do however find occasional clothing for myself but not as much these days.
Really bad, just a messy room with clothes. No merchandising of products.

Very good priced sale and excellent staff. We were served by Chantelle and her colleague who were so lovely and helpful.
It's ok with what it has to offer but I do have to say it doenst have a variety of clothes thay are all kind of the same no different colours or different shapes for example the trousers could be jeggins most places have blue black and grey jeggins but I couldn't find black or grey just light blue and with Jean's no ripped shaped or a variety of different Jean's just black or blue non ripped, would like it if they had a variety of clothes in there rather than the select few
Sad offering! Small and not very well placed. I've shopped at other great NL stores in various towns but this is by far the saddest I've seen. We appreciate not having an empty boarded up building though - so thanks.
