   Extremely disappointing experience with an unprofessional and downright rude security guard. I visited the store yesterday afternoon, and from the moment I walked in, the interaction was uncomfortable. The security guard immediately approached us, looked us up and down in a really creepy, judgmental way, then slowly stepped aside as if deciding whether we were “acceptable” enough to enter. It set a horrible tone. Halfway through my visit, while I was simply trying to find my friend in the store, he again made me feel watched. From a distance, he waved at me with a smirk, asking if I “needed help.” It didn’t feel helpful at all — it felt mocking and unnecessary. The worst part came as we left. He stopped us and asked if we’d bought anything. When we said, “No, not today,” he smirked again and replied, “Expensive, isn’t it?” The tone was snarky, patronising, and completely uncalled for. I shop at Flannels often, and I’ve never experienced behaviour this rude or unprofessional. I didn’t find the jacket I was looking for yesterday, but even if I had, this interaction alone would have put me off purchasing. I left feeling judged, uncomfortable, and honestly really disappointed. I hope management takes this seriously because this kind of pretentious, condescending attitude from staff is unacceptable, and if it happens again, I absolutely won’t be so polite.

   I use Coventry Flannels regularly and I'm genuinely impressed with the in-store customer service. I recently returned a Vivienne Westwood cardigan due to a fault, and it was handled efficiently and professionally by management. Excellent service as always!

   I was served by Aaliyah and Harmani who helped me with working out which was the best hoodie for my needs, I ended up leaving happy and feeling wonderful from the lovely customer service I received, they are a credit to the store! Will definitely be back! :)

   For the amount of money I spend here, the customer service is always horrendous. I am made to feel tiny and the staff are rude, unhelpful and may as well not. I do not shop here nor any other flannels store anymore.

   I have logged a formal complaint in regards to a non-existing aftercare/returns/exchange policy and diabolical customer service at the Flannels store in Coventry. This particular store is run by a mob of children with walkie-talkies and zero customer service skills. Depending on the outcome of my complaint will I provide the specific details of my interaction/experience. I was subject to discrimination, unprofessional behaviour and what I deem as assault which should be evident on CCTV. By carrying out research I have also found there to be a common theme amongst the mass negative reviews which indicates serious issues within the Flannels business model. Flannels appear to bring in revenue with a non-existent instore return/exchange policy as EVERYTHING is deemed WEAR & TEAR (even if it's still like new and only used one). No wonder the stores are always empty.

   Have gone in a few times,but ghe clothes are very expensive. They do make up and I believe perfume on line but that is no good. We need a store that can offer that in the city centre,why should people have to make separate journeys over to central six ?

   The worst customer service I have ever received, Went in store to purchase a pair of shoes and was told the lady would put them behind the counter, when I arrived home, there was two completely different shoes in the box and when I went to resolve this the staff were completely rude and unhelpful, taking me a whole argument just to get the other shoe from the pair in which I purchased! Safe to say I will never spend another penny with this shop.

   Avoid this store at all costs! Brought a pair of Off-White leggings for £105 that were faulty and the store manager told me that it’s wear and tear. The arrogance from the staff makes me never want to ever shop in their. Once they’ve taken your money they don’t care how they treat you. I wasn’t expecting my money back just a replacement pair which the staff member had in her hand. Maybe you Flannels should think about how they are going to keep customers and treat them better.
