   A bit small and limited, but norlt really their fault people have to use these kind of places instead of Shein, Temu etc about the only decent place for mens stuff around here. Staff are pleasant and helpful. Has parking below and also fitting rooms of needed.

   Poor overall experience. Wanted to ask a question of the one member of staff on shop floor maybe manageress putting stock on shelves but completely ignored as stood waiting patiently as she had a long chat with a lady about their night out last night so i gave up. Took shorts to till to pay the £14 as this is what was stated to the front of the shorts on the rail, with a fixed stick on plastic and card sign, so fixed in position. I got to the till and the others member of staff said £16, I told her it says £14 on the rail, she shrugged and said probably someone the shorts in the wrong place...Yes maybe! I know it's £2 but not my problem, come on.. no apology, no I will go check the sign, no oh thanks for letting us know I will remove the error and amend the price for you. . .Poor service and no manners, they simply do not care.

   Very nice air conditioned shop. Excellent prices and quality goods. Helpful staff. My wife was able to purchase a couple of nice Summery dresses. Great that she was able to try them on first in the changing room. We regularly visit our store in Hinckley and I also have purchased some great items over the years.
