   Hi H&M Yesterday me and my wife went to the sale, she liked a blue jumper, we went to the till, every time we scanned the item it said call for assistance, a guy came he scanned it and it wasnt working. So he went back to the sale area and took all the stock and said its been recalled. This is so bad how can you put stock out and then for it to be recalled. Was it passed it use by date! Really bad service without explanation!

   Dear H&M I would like to take a time to review. As my friend waited for his clothes to wear in fitting room, I was having %1 charge and I am not like this to not take permissions. I just saw a plug and put my phone on charge. After few min, a lady came and throw all the bag and the phone and everything with shouting in the same time. Never felt so harsh and rude for long long time. At least she could ask nicely and I would’ve deeply apologise and appreciate it. But she was so rude and I was so embarrassed and emotional. Kindly

   Something has changed about H&M, I'm not sure if it's recycled clothes or what, but the clothes are just ugly now. Look cheap and messy and there is no shape, idea, colours are weird... Sport section, kids clothes are OK, but women clothes are just really weird.

   The man on the till at around 11:30am today was so friendly and helpful with my gift card situation. I didn’t end up being able to use the gift card but he was so friendly about it and I thought he was super kind - great member of staff - will continue to shop here.

   Great clothes but the changing rooms have been shut and barricaded with clothes racks for months . No way to try clothes and everyone we met asked for them to be open and the staff could provide no excuse . Not to mention the staff were rude ,unhelpful and looked like they'd rather be anywhere else

   My partner visited the store and went to try item on in the changing room and she was dealt with a real rude sales lady who was rude disrespectful and obviously doesn't have any customer sales skills.I will find out her name and then edit this and put on here for future reference so people can avoid Saturdays in the store whilst this worker is working.

   Only 1 girl serving on the children's floor which made queue time ages with 3 restless kiddies! Clean and tidy shop which made for a lovely browsing space!

   First time I shopped here . Only 1 assistant on a till with a queue a mile long . The other girl was messing about with clothes and coat hangers.
