   Exceptional Service @ Hobbs Grand Central I recently visited the Hobbs store in Grand Central, Birmingham, with my daughter, who was struggling to find a suitable petite coat during her pregnancy. After searching everywhere, we finally found a beautiful woollen coat at Hobbs, but it was the wrong colour and size. Sarah, an assistant in the store, went above and beyond to help us. She took the effort to find the right coat for us, even though there were none available online. She discovered that there were only two left in stores across the country and informed us that she would be at the Leamington Spa store the next day, where one of the coats was available. We traveled to Leamington Spa the next morning and found the perfect coat. Sarah made my daughter feel so special and turned our shopping trip into a very positive experience. I highly recommend Hobbs for their excellent petite fit and outstanding customer service. Thank you Sarah, for your exceptional assistance!

   Popped in today and asked assistant if she would help me find a dress for my daughter’s wedding. The assistant, Bernie was so helpful asking me questions, choosing dresses and happily talked about each one as I came out of the changing room. She immediately understood my needs/wants and the dress I finally chose was one she picked out. Bernie made the whole experience joyful. I came out with the dress, shoes, bag and a fascinator on order. Best shopping experience I’ve had for a very long time. Thank you Bernie!

   Thank you so much to Teresa and her team at the Leamington Hobbs for my beautiful pale blue outfit for the special wedding I attended. I felt a million dollars and had so many compliments. Teresa and team are always so helpful I always love going in to the store to see what's new !!
