   Absolutely horrified at the behaviour at this store owner. I have shopped at carousel with my sister for years, spending in excess of £300 each visit. On the last occasion the owner acted in the most racist, vicious manner simply because my sister wanted to exchange the goods which were still in their packaging. I am horrified at how racist her behaviour was whilst happily serving caucasian customers. She has a right to her beliefs and I act with my feet and with my money. None of my contacts will be shopping there again, nor will any other services I am affiliated with. Its horrific to see such vile behaviour and I do not accept people behaving in such a racist, discriminatory and offensive manner.

   Absolutely Excellent Customer Service... The products speak for themselves. My son needed a semi-formal outfit for a wedding on Bank Holiday Weekend, contacted the owner via Facebook and she arranged to open the shop especially for us. What more can one ask for?
