   The service from the staff is ridiculous, absolutely abhorrent behaviour! I had an awful experience here, in which the staff were unknowledgeable, rude and hostile. When trying to refund an item i was asked by a member of staff if i could just keep it? LOL NO shut up xx Also the manager had a tantrum bc he was so ill, and shouldnt be at work, sort yourself out love x

   I came in for a refund for £100 item that did not fit. I was told that the manager was feeling angry so I should come back another day, even though I only had two more days to return this item. When the manager finally came out the back room I was surprised to find out no one in the store knew how to refund the item. I then waited for around 10 minutes while the manager ignored me and tried to figure out how to refund an item. Very bad service!

   I went in to the lacoste leicester branch today to buy a pair of trainers and the service I received from the assistant Lisa was brilliant. She was very friendly and very helpful. We chatted for about 20 minutes and I just want to say what a lovely lady she was. I can't speak highly enough of the amazing customer service I received so a well deserved five stars
