   Im not very local so don't get to come often but staff seem very friendly and always a good selection and sale was very eye catching. Always a few things to grab. Got a butterfly necklace on my last visit and despite it being the cheapest thing in my small jewellery collection is my favourite. Would recommend stopping by

   Amazed to see Michael Owen in store, as a promotional model for a range of their clothing. If Mr Owen is a hero of yours, then you too can dress like him. The men's shoes appeared to be not be selling well, as several were covered in dust. One of which had a smikey face. Not seen that before in a shop. Lots if clothes available for men and women. Plenty of festive items including pyjamas, and the shop was not busy so plenty of time to browse.

   Just been in the shop in kenilworth. Two nice girls and could not do enough fir me. Only complaint is shop code have been a bit cooler. I would have spent more! Many thanks will definitely visit again

   I like to shop in this store when visiting the area (I'm not local), Came into store Saturday just gone to get an exchange on some goods I had purchased online. Spent some time browsing and selecting what I would like to swap my online items for. When I got to the till I was greeted by a very rude member of staff who refused to process my exchange. As the previous google review reads, the staff need educating on their returns and exchange policy. I was told by the lady that I had 14 days to return the goods which had now passed and she stated that the policy had been in place for the last two years ... However your own web site states for online orders you have 14 days to initiate the refund and then a further 14 days from that date to return goods! ... If only I had logged into my account in store as even my account showed on the returns page that I had until the 13th October to return. Thank you peacocks, now it's too late for me to return by post or come back to your store, stuck with unwanted items now!!!! Your staff need better Customer Service and policy training!!!!!!!!!

   I don't shop here any more just because it's not got my style of clothes. But before it's got lots of different ranges for women. Best store for the ladies in Kenilworth. For the men it's ok. Not as much options for us. The kids stuff is ok. Prices are ok. Be careful as it could be in the sale one day and the next is back up full price. So if you see something you like for a low price go for it.

   Brilliant shop some fantastic things, waited 15 minutes today for one person to try on. Found something I liked but long queue and only one serving so didn't bother. My only complaint with this shop is it really does need another changing room.
