   Phoned with an enquiry and spoke to a young lady called Caitlin who was polite and very helpful, then I visited the store as Caitlin had put my shoes to one side for me, this young lady had wonderful customer service and nothing was too much trouble for her, her product knowledge was excellent she made it a pleasure to visit your store and I would glady return again, well done Caitlin.

   The people who work here are idiots. I only had to go near to the place to find out, God help you if you walked in. Terrible staff. Think of anywhere else nearby where they sell shoes, and that other place is better by default so go there instead.

   Went there as needed trainers for our son. Disappointed in the end. Whilst I don't like being jumped on by over helpful staff, it felt like social distancing was still being enforced when we went. We never saw a staff member until we paid - then it was, "would you like em water proofing for 3 quid". Upselling is never going to work without rapport and identification of needs. Choice of shoes was poor. I hadn't been in years and assumed there would have been plenty of options. Most of the boys trainers were AstroTurf type. Definitely wouldn't go again in a hurry.
